Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To start a return, email fiveacesadvertising@yahoo.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us promptly and include photos so we can help.

Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and, for approved returns, a return label. There is no return label or restocking fee for approved returns under this policy. Products from different suppliers may need to be returned separately.

After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. An order that has already been shipped may need to follow the return process.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer law.
