Fenix CL26R PRO Rechargeable Camping Lantern

The Fenix CL26R Pro is proof that a camping lantern doesn't need to be bulky to be genuinely useful. Lighter than the average smartphone, it still delivers a combined 650-lumen output across front, side, and downward lighting, all controlled through one intuitive rotary toggle — twist for exactly the light you want, no mode-cycling required. Runtimes stretch up to a remarkable 408 hours on its lowest downward setting, and USB-C charging means it doubles as a powerbank when your phone needs a boost around the campsite.

A magnetic top and retractable hook let it hang, stick, or stand wherever you need it, and a camping lantern with red light built in keeps you emergency-ready with both flashing and solid red modes. Rated IP66 waterproof with 1-meter drop resistance, and available in three colors, the CL26R Pro is the lantern that quietly does more than you'd expect from something this small.

Lantern or hands-free light?

Choose this lantern for lighting a tent or shared campsite area. For light that moves with you while keeping your hands free, compare the POWERCAP rechargeable LED beanie.

The quoted maximum runtime applies to the lowest downward-light setting; it does not describe runtime at maximum brightness. Choose your lighting mode for the task and recharge before a trip.
